Culturally, I come from the Netherlands, a culture focused on negotiation and mediation. It is an environment where it is fundamentally impossible to enter into conflict. To shed some light on this point, here is the testimony of an exchange of a few moments with an international salesman France / Netherlands on the bottom of my door.
